We had a really packed week!!
Monday:
We met with a Bulgarian couple and had a lesson with them and they told us we could come back to have another lesson. So, that was nice!
Tuesday:
It was Valentines Day so we heart attacked Rosie's door. And left Swiss chocolate for her:) We also visited Amanda. And we had District Meeting.
Wednesday:
We had family home evening with Rosie and that was a lot of fun to see her teach her daughter from the Book of Mormon.
We also went to go see the a referral we received from Rosie and he was happy to see us and told us we could come back since he was having somethings fixed in his house.
Thursday:
We went to see Antonia and shared with her a message about doing family history. We also saw Anastasia and her mother, Maria. We talked about family history as well and shared stories and pictures of our family history and they loved it. They will start doing family history with us! Which is exciting!
Also that evening we went to go see Panagiotis and Georgia. We had a birthday dinner with them. It was Panagiotis' birthday!
Friday:
We had service in the morning. And then we took a bus to Limassol to have exchanges with the sisters. I was with Sister Broekzitter and she is from Holland. We had a great time doing door knocking and visiting some members. While door knocking we met a few people who wanted us to come back.
Saturday:
We were still together as a companionship so we went to go teach one of their potential investigators. And on our way we met an old man that wanted to know more about what we do and who we are. So, he invited us to sit outside in his lawn and talk about what we belief in. We introduced the Book of Mormon and gave him one. We also talked about the Restoration and asked if the sisters could come back and he agreed. We also got to have a lesson with that potential investigator. Which was really nice! She was really sweet.
Later in the day we took a bus back to Larnaca and did finding there with the elders by the beach. And then we had the family history class. It went really well. After the class we went to see Rumi. She fed us dinner and we were able to share a message. Her daughter will serve a mission in England. And so that is exciting!
